Back in 2001, long before wellness hit the mainstream, I left my successful career as a magazine editor with a vision to create Calmia, the UK's first truly holistic lifestyle brand. Launching with the multi-award-winning holistic lifestyle store and inner beauty day spa on Marylebone High Street, Calmia quickly grew into an international wellness brand with its own range of inner beauty products, tea bar, meditation room, active wear collection and yoga accessories. I now work as a freelance consultant, editor and content creator specialising in self care, inner beauty wellness.
