Employee Relations Adviser
CurrentMonitor legislative changes and case law in order to create and maintain UK policies, procedures and standard documents, and provide counsel on policy interpretation to all areas of the Business and to all levels of management. Case management of employee relations issues such as grievance, disciplinary, long-term sickness, Tribunal claims and complex (often global) business reorganisations and redundancy exercises. Design and deliver HR training internally to HR and Management.Facilitate UK and European works council meetings and consultation exercises.
