I hold an MSc in positive psychology and OD&D qualifications, which with my comms and engagement, and digital background I apply to all programmes of work, whether transformation programmes or organisation interventions. I think system wide and have a solid understanding of how culture and individual and group psychology interplay with change.I have had an interesting and varied career to date that sees me bringing a broad range of skills and experience to delivery and advisory roles. In government I’ve worked in digital, comms and commercial functions, in cross government roles in the Cabinet Office, Government Digital Service, No10 and Companies House.
