• Compile, clean, organize and analyze complex data to understand business results• Make business insights derived from data analytics accessible to nontechnical colleagues and key stakeholders, including upper management• Utilize data analytics expertise to coach and develop less experienced analysts• Provide technical expertise to internal and external team members and stakeholders• Monitor and evaluate business initiatives against key performance indicators and communicate results and recommendations to management• Communicate and present project information to team and provide presentations/updates to management• Establish, modify, document and communicate standards of practice around data retrieval, data manipulation, data quality, data reporting, and data analytics• Influence strategy through data analytics

• Organize discipline camps at several of the world's largest drop zones with over 100 participants on average• Create lesson plans incorporating principles of physics and emergency malfunction procedures, thereby facilitating over 300 safely executed solo skydives• Conduct all gear inspections and debriefs meticulously, providing remedial training when body-flight or canopy piloting skills pose a danger • Lead assessments of skydivers' competence to resume participation in the sport after extensive inactivity• Guide students and licensed skydivers through individualized classroom instruction and in-air evaluations
