Content Manager For Diageo Southern Europe
Current- Project managing Diageo's e-commerce and web content creation in Spain, Italy, France and Portugal for brands such as Johnnie Walker, Talisker, Tanqueray, Don Julio, or Baileys. - Liaising with clients and assisting Diageo’s strategy, ensuring that new challenges are fully understood and providing insights on effective solutions and new opportunities to grow brand awareness in digital ecosystems. - Planning and delivering each project and working with cross-functional teams for their proper execution (Developers, SEO, Design, Motion Graphics, Copy, Translation, and Social Media Teams.)- International cross-agency collaboration for campaign launches.- Briefing and coordinating the Production Team (Design, Motion Graphics, Copy and Translation teams) to create the content needed. Collaborating with other e-commerce European teams.- Baileys’ Spain and Italy official website management: Managing content upload with Yext and Umbraco CMS while liaising with the SEO Team and external developers to create new landing pages (recipes, product launches, blog posts, videos, and campaign launches), and troubleshooting any technical issues to develop quick solutions.- Leading the digital content creation for Baileys’ main campaign launch of the year (La Caprichería) on its official website.- Conducting QA reviews before content publication.- Planning and executing the CRM content strategy for Diageo’s brands.- Devising content strategies and content calendars following global brand guidelines and adapting them to the Southern European markets and audience. Educating the Production Team on brand toolkits ensuring the content adheres to best practices and legal requirements. - Creating and updating content libraries (PIM management) and documenting processes. - Creating and updating Amazon content for Amazon Vendor and Amazon Advertising (Product pages, A+ Content, Brand stores, A/B testing, Sponsored banners, etc.) for Spain and Italy.
