Director of the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and Sustainable Mining Management System (UNE 22470-80), which entails to:- Development & implementation of systems and protocols, and obtaining both certifications- Operational control of the activities carried out and adaptation to the established requirements- Organization and management of internal and external audits for the management systems- Preparation of annual management reports regarding the evaluation of the performance of the management systems- Coordination with the Environment Department in order to guarantee that the operations carried out comply with all the conditions established both by law and by conditions of the various authorizations obtained by the company- Preparation, implementation and updating of the procedures and instructions of the management systems, in order to adapt them to the activity of the company and to the regulations in force- Continuous improvement programs and sustainable environmental and mining performance- Preparation and implementation of circular economy procedures- Analysis of the Life Cycle and minimization of environment footprintDirector of Mining Rights:- Analysis and processing of data from Geographic Information Systems (GIS), as well as design of maps of the fields to be carried out.- Development and maintenance of the company's geological and research databases - Fieldwork in research campaigns with surveys, including operational control of the execution of surveys and their logging and interpretation- Preparation of projects for the execution of surveys, preparation of Annual Work Plans of the company's mining rights, and other projects necessary to ensure the validity of the company's mining rights, as well as any other that may be requested.- Interlocution with the Mining and Environmental Authorities in relation to the implementation aspects of the projects and the environmental protection measures

To provide advice and expertise to the Commission. The issues to be discussed might include, but are not limited to, analysis of the content of newly developed Product Environmental Footprint Category Rules (PEFCRs) and Organisation Environmental Footprint Sector Rules (OEFSRs), consistency of approaches among different PEFCRs/OEFSRs, and new methodological developments seen necessary within the Environmental Footprint (EF) context. Assist the Commission in relation to the implementation of existing Union legislation, programmes and policies.
