As leader of the strategy and innovation team at Minsait Payments, my main tasks revolve around:- Participation in the annual strategy definition steering committees. - Strategic analysis following the concerns of the C-level- Management of internal knowledge distribution tools. - Management of partnership programmes and strategic agreements with leading companies in the market. - Project Manager of projects with third parties outside our core business. - Attendance and participation in industry events.- Resolving commercial proposals for the most innovative products and solutions.- Support to the M&A team in identifying potential target companies.

I work under the guidelines of agile methodologies, using different collaborative tools such as Kanban boards. The most remarkable tasks are: - Strategic analysis following the concerns of the C-level. - Analysis of new market trends, in order to create new use cases for our solutions. - Support in the creation of innovative commercial proposals. - Support to the marketing team with the different events of the commercial campaign, both national and international. - Participation as a speaker at internal company webinars.- Support to the M&A area in the execution of analyses as well as in the search for target companies.- Attendance at events in the banking and payments sector both nationally and internationally.

- Analysis, research and development of Fintech digital solutions (Neobanks and Challenge banks).- Business Development through elaborating digital innovation proposals within the finance sector, primarily banks.

- Request and follow-up of exchange insurance for projects. - Verification and approval of transfer prices.- Control and monitoring of external debt and intergroup. - Support and administration of documentation for internal audit.
