Convert currency to US$ using exchange rate via internet.• Verifying and checking accuracy of all charges company procurement cards. • Vendor’s set up based on 1099 - Form verification.• Maintain and review weekly A/P vendor files by running Vendor Master Audit trial to insure that all necessary vendor information is accurate..• Consistently maintaining accuracy with payments and taking discounts with vendor payment terms. • Process weekly check run and balancing payments back to GL.• Processing all Lease Auto payments.• Resolving any discrepancy invoices by investigating documentation, issuing credits and speaking with vendors to resolve any invoice issues.• Processing and running A/P reports for month end close.• Made all necessary journal entries into the General Ledger.• Reconcile vendor’s statements and assisting vendors telephone inquiries related to timely payments.
