I am a Lead Data Scientist from Amazonas, but living in South Africa with experience as a Researcher at the university. I've been involved with research since I was an undergraduate student, starting with Information Retrieval projects, going through ML focused on Recommendation Systems during my master's, Probabilistic Topic Modeling approaches (e.g., Latent Dirichlet Allocation) for Routine Detection, and now working with NLP applied to Software Engineering problems.In the industry (retail), I had the opportunity to work with data analysis, credit scoring, turnover prediction, and recommendation.
