Current- Provide outstanding customer service for patients, answering billing questions and resolving issues while following up on Patient Accounts in accordance with third-party regulations.
- Determine appropriate solutions for patient and insurance agent inquiries and follow up as needed, maintaining accurate files and logs for patient and insurance phone calls.
