With more than 15 years of experience in the logistics sector, I am a professional with a background in industrial engineering and international marketing, and I am currently pursuing an MBA in Business Administration and International Trade. My goal is to offer innovative and agile logistics solutions for the transport and distribution of goods, using lean manufacturing and business intelligence tools to maximize the efficiency and productivity of the processes.As an International Logistics Coordinator, I was able to create, coordinate and manage the collection and delivery schedules, and communicate with carriers, shippers, dispatchers and customers. I also track and report the status of shipments through the accelerate platform, providing an excellent brokerage experience to transport partners. In addition, I am passionate about customer service, and I maintain effective and bilingual communication (Spanish and English).
