• Directs the International Admissions process from point of prospect development through enrollment. Develops and manages a multi-year strategy for international student recruitment to include segmented communication and marketing plans, travel planning, and events, and annual budget development. Analyzes data and the current recruitment landscape to inform decision-making and evaluate current strategy to respond to changing markets and applicants. • Establishes systems and structures to aid in enrollment planning and decision making at all levels of international enrollment. Develops and oversees a new international student enrollment plan that centers on recruiting to retain. • Negotiates international proposals and contracts to develop and implement general cooperation agreement among universities, management of transfer agreement between international institutions and the university, external degree programs, professional development, faculty exchange, and international opportunities for faculty and staff.• Provides supervision, training, and ongoing staff development and guidance for international division staff members as well as motivation to achieve and maintain a high level of productivity and professionalism. Champions new hire recruitment, training, and coaching programs that attract and retain the appropriate employee profile and incrementally improve competencies in sales skills, as well as knowledge of programs, processes, and systems.
