During my Master’s program, I led research on the effects of hydroxyapatite (CaHA) and poly-L-lactic acid (PDLA) in fibroblast bio-stimulation, analyzing metabolic, cytotoxic, and cytokine responses under ozone therapy. Over two years, I managed project planning, protocol research, pilot assays, and experimental design. My hands-on experience includes cell culture, viability assays with Alamar Blue (fluorescence), metabolomic analysis via mass spectrometry, cytokine bead array (CBA), and cellular migration assays (scratch assay). Additionally, I taught histology classes to medical students, co-mentored three undergraduate research students, and participated in a stem cell study group.
