I create and execute personal and business development programs and projects. My strength is using my creativity and energy, with focus on purpose and servant leadership.Out-of-the-box feels like home to me. I work with youth, SME's, NGO's and large organisations. I have worked and lived on 6 different continents, and I have a global network of co-creators and guides.Occasionally I still moderate events.

In 2021 I started collaborating with Ollie. Ollie was already doing really well with youth empowerment trainings and projects, mostly as half day or full day modules available for educational institutions (high school, trade school, college and universities). The focus was - and still is - on career development, mental health, personal leadership, motivation and perspective, peer-to-peer learning, diversity and community building. I got involved to co-create a solid framework for all trainings, and to develop week and year journeys for students. I will continue to serve as Chief Creative in the organisation. Focussing on product development, as well as team development.

The Future Firm designs and facilitates culture and strategy transformations in large organisations. My role as a journey producer is to create experiential multiple day itineraries in unique environments, in order to strengthen the process. It includes all logistics and finances. I enjoy urban environments, as well as completely isolated places like the deserts or mountains.
