Born and raised in Senegal, West Africa, I pursued my studies in France at the age of 15 while I was a professional motocross rider. After four years, I was obtaining my high school diploma and my second french championship title. After this personal accomplishment, I started a BBA in International business (Marketing major) at ESLSCA Paris, where I graduated.By the time, I started to be very interested about my family business which is a Hotel and resort back in Dakar, Senegal. Having grown around this activity I realised that people management was one of most crucial point to work on. With almost 1000 employees, the company has the opportunity and the challenge to enhance its quality and productivity thanks to people management. United kingdom was the next stop. Indeed, in order to improve my english as well as my knowledge about team management, I've studied People management and Leadership at Regent's University London. This MA degree experience was very enriching for me as I was learning team performance incentives, teamwork and leadership in a whole new environment. In parallel of my studies, I was a CEO assistant intern for Zanara Projects which is a project management company.My second experience was at Momo Restaurant in the human resources department. It gave me great insights about leadership and people management too. I was able to use what I was learning in class. This internship also introduced me to digital media and I really enjoyed. I set up a digital marketing campaign on social medias and business ratings platforms.
