My mission at Coor is to inspire, motivate and engage managers and collegues on all levels in the organisation so that they can get out the best of themselves.I am responsible for implementation, training, monitoring and development of Coors' service concept "Service i Stjärnklass" (Star Quality Service) within the Swedish organisation. The Swedish organisation today consists of approximately 6000 employees and over 300 managers delivering 130 different services, primarily within workplace services (Soft FM) and real estate services (Hard FM). I am responsible for Coor Business School, a training program for all managers and senior specialists in the company. The training aims at creating a unitary approach and way of working as well as clarifying what it means to be a manager at Coor.I assist management teams and other teams that work tight together, in their communication with each other through SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory). The SDI is a powerful and effective tool for understanding the motives and values that drive behaviors. The SDI plays off people’s basic need to better understand themselves and others, and that understanding allows them to lead with clarity and empathy, build stronger teams, and more effectively navigate conflict.I am part of Coors’ strategic effort ”Passion for People” where I am honored to be the country representative in Sweden.

Whitiwhiti by Ludovic believes that every little step we take towards understanding our differences and similarities we, together, will live in a happier world.”Whitiwhiti” (noun) is Māori and translates to ”Rapport” (from french), communicator or communicate.Rapport is "close and harmonious relationship in which the people or groups concerned are "in sync" with each other, understand each other's feelings or ideas, and communicate smoothly"I successfully provided a tailor-made Customer Service Training Program for the Sheikh Khalifa Medical City Ajman (SKMCA), United Arab Emirates. SKMCA is a key health-care provider in Ajman including Masfout. Currently, caters to the healthcare needs of the citizens of Ajman and its neighboring Emirates.I have also been honored to inspire a few teams in different organizations (both private and public) in Sweden, on their quest towards engaged, motivated individuals, teams and customers.
