Opened in 2022, Progressive Era PAC exists to elect governing majorities of leaders in California committed to building a progressive era for people of color. Progressive Era PAC is a part of the California Donor Table family of entities.

The Color of Democracy Fund (CDF), a project of the Tides Center, promotes a more just society in California by supporting organizations, particularly those in communities of color, that champion social justice public policies. CDF works with a consortium of some of the leading progressive donors in California.

The Progressive Era Project (PEP) promotes a more just society in California by ensuring that underrepresented communities, particularly communities of color, can fully participate in the political process. PEP works with a consortium of some of the leading progressive donors in California.

As Program Manager for the Closing the Racial Wealth Gap Initiative Ludovic trained more than 140 experts of color building public will and policymaker commitment to close the racial wealth gap. He engaged the White House economic team, House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, and garnered coverage by CNN, Washington Post, Reuters, and other outlets.

Ludovic founded the non-partisan online research and advocacy project to confront the use of symbolic racism – intentional and unintentional usage of images, symbols and language to elicit unconscious negative, racialized judgments in voters to influence the outcome of political elections and policy debates.

• Ludovic directed the Equal Voice for America’s Families campaign, which brought together low-wage families nationally to develop and promote their agenda. The Campaign's kick-off year included 64 townhall meetings with.
• Developed framework for national and local campaign structures
• Managing all aspects of national office: hired and supervised 9 Regional Coordinators, coordinated activities in 12 states,
• Built and maintained relationship with key national allies
• Developed the concept, structure and execution plan for campaign, resulting in 64 town halls in more than 13 languages with over 13,000 attendees

• built NPC membership of several hundred key progressive 501(c)3, 501(c)4, 501(6), PAC, 527 and for-profit entities;
• promoted collaboration and synergy amongst NPC's members;
• highlighted effective strategies to build the progressive movement; and
• developed strategic partnerships with other entities that provided value to NPC members.

Ludovic built the capacity of regional and state democracy reform networks to win policy reforms. His lead projects were the reversal of state laws that strip voting rights away from citizens convicted of felonies, and the enactment of Election Day Registration. He structured a collaborative effort of 8 national organizations to deliver strategic advice in.
