In this slash career, I assume multiple roles: mother of 2, entrepreneur, researcher, teacher, futurist, experience designer, mentor, podcaster, writer, speaker...With nearly 20 years of professional experience immersed in various disciplines, I am today recognized for my dedication to the study of the future of work, and especially for the role of HR in the organizations of the future. My passion for the future is reflected in the bridge I build between my projects and an emerging labor market, exploring new professions still forming on the horizon, trend research, business models, and management, and a more "fit for the future" HR.I hold a Master's degree in Learning, Psychosocial Processes, and Change in Organizations from UnB, and I am a Specialist in User Experience Research and Natural Foresight.
