About Ludymila Pimenta, Msc.

Among other things, I create. Creativity has been the essence of my path from an early age. I had to find the right tone and timing for creativity in my life... that story of "you have to hurry, adapt", "...you must find a light way to handle it."Hello, I'm Lud! In this slash career, I assume multiple roles: mother of 2, entrepreneur, researcher, teacher, futurist, experience designer, mentor, podcaster, writer, speaker...With nearly 20 years of professional experience immersed in various disciplines, I am today recognized for my dedication to the study of the future of work, and especially for the role of HR in the organizations of the future. My passion for the future is reflected in the bridge I build between my projects and an emerging labor market, exploring new professions still forming on the horizon, trend research, business models, and management, and a more "fit for the future" HR.I hold a Master's degree in Learning, Psychosocial Processes, and Change in Organizations from UnB, and I am a Specialist in User Experience Research and Natural Foresight. I bring Strategic Foresight, Futures Design, and the Future of Work into organizations, helping organizations, leaders, and teams envision and build desirable futures.At the helm of RHlab, the first consultancy in Brazil specialized in the future of work and "fit for the future" HR, I lead projects that challenge the status quo and design more meaningful and healthier work environments.
