Mitt arbete innefattade bland annat ansvar för personalen inklusive rekrytering och medarbetarutveckling, ansvar för verksamhetens ekonomi, utformning av riktlinjer för verksamheten samt daglig ledning av arbetet på gården med 12 anställda. As camp manager for Stiftelsen Barnens Dag (Children's Day Foundation), I was responsible for the activities at one of the foundation's sites. My work included, among other things, responsibility for employees, including recruitment and employee development, responsibility for the organisation's finances, formulation of guidelines for the organisation and general management of the camp and its 12 employees.

The work involved caring for children aged 10-15 years, planning and implementing activities, and care for children with neuropsychiatric disabilities and difficult home conditions.
