Joined Lidl prior to their launch in Sweden. Entered the company as an IT technician at the central warehouse and over the next 7 years assumed more and more responsibility taking on roles such as Project Manager for IT in Sweden. In the last years I went on to become Department Manager for IT. During this 7 year period Lidl went from having no stores to having more than 150 across Sweden with two central warehouses.
