As IT Manager I’m responsible for all IT related tasks and processes within a franchise organization. I also have a managing part in the e-commerce. I started with a non-existing IT-department and have today developed a centralized IT department with operation and strategy for the whole chain of aprox 100 stores. Joined Lidl prior to their launch in Sweden. Entered the company as an IT technician at the central warehouse and over the next 7 years assumed more and more responsibility taking on roles such as Project Manager for IT in Sweden. In the last years I went on to become Department Manager for IT. During this 7 year period Lidl went from having no stores to having more than 150 across Sweden with two central warehouses.
