I have been in the marking, identification and traceability solutions industry for almost 18 years and have held various roles, ranging from manufacturing to technical support, and over 10 years of management experience. My role within the sales team is not only to sell but to offer support to the rest of the sales team and ensure the customer is offered the correct marking, identification or traceability solution.

Dealing with South Africa's biggest technical brands, I look forward to resolving technical issues and create viable long-term solutions.My portfolio of work is as follows:• Maintaining a clean, user-friendly working environment in the workshop• Completing order requisitions for replacement parts and workshop equipment • Consignment Parts stock handling• Quoting on Customers on Mechanical Repairs as well as New systems required• Maintenance of in-house Electronic equipment• General Maintenance of workshop equipment, tools etc• Mechanical repairs to Systems ex: replacement of motors, belts, solenoids pneumatics• Installation and Programming of Respective Suppliers Marking Systems• Sales support function. Project assistance to sales team on all technical issues regarding Customer requirements on new projects or revamping of old systems• Dealing with international Suppliers regarding Technical issues and new Projects• Management of 5 workshop employees
