Responsible for reviewing and maintaining the organization's overhead and maintenance (O&M) budgets, as well as, payroll. Furthermore, I deal with the organization's honouraries (private investors) and work with the deputy commanding officer (DCO) to act as their liaison / financial administrator for any and all investments. This includes vetting projects and tasks for cost / benefit analysis and ultimately authorizing (or not) the proposed expenditures in accordance with the operational goals set forth by the Commanding Officer and Area Command. I take care of the formulation of directives and all matters of administrative staffing on behalf of, and for review by the Commanding Officer (CO). I am responsible for the continued professional development (education & training) of all officers, managers, and senior supervisors.The maintenance of professionalism and administration of discipline throughout the organization is also one of my key responsibilities.

Conducted study of the nature of various international large service firms and formulated conclusions on how to best choose others for collective innovation projects. Developed all the KPI and metric measurements that could be used to choose most feasible and productive innovation partners depending on project needs.

Windsor, Ontario

Responsible for cost modeling and personnel training plans, for an organization of approx 150 people, from 3 months out to 2 years+. Alligning these plans with the realities of budgetary constraints is at the heart of these resposibilities. Weekly and monthly staff meetings and presentations to the CO covering current status of finances, training, equipment assets, as well as human resources assets & retention programs, are spearheaded by myself supported by the human resources officer.I am the key implementer and trainer of our new and primary HRIS (Monitor/MASS).I am the direct operational link from my organization to the SW-Ontario headquarters encompassing 13 like organizations, which means I also travel a lot in representation of my organization.

I train leaders and sub-leaders of mounted field reconnaissance teams (32 person teams) in various information gathering and analysis operations types. Operational Planning, converting Division level needs into ground-level execution, is at the heart of this training.
