Current✔purchase machines or retool existing ones and transfer them to Nexteer factories in the EMEA-SA regionafter acceptance✔manage the quoting process with potential machine suppliers and then conduct meetings with theselected supplier from kickoff to machine handover to production✔supervise and support the supplier to ensure project deadlines are met✔be responsible for processes with severity 9/10✔prepare machine specifications and lead assembly, plastics processing, and automation projects✔prepare statistics from acceptance tests confirming machine efficiency and capability to produceaccording to established requirements✔report risks related to possible project delays due to component shortages or other obstacles✔prepare machine performance simulations during the design approval stage✔evaluate risks occurring during machine operation and implement appropriate actions to reduce them✔conduct regular PFMEA reviews during project execution✔prepare cost estimates resulting from necessary changes in machines due to component changes✔provide technical support to the product department and issues arising in Nexteer factories✔calculate, design, and implement processes aimed at generating savings for the company✔search for, implement, and develop new production technologies in line with Industry 4.0
