Business development of a portfolio including 16 clients (75 entities worldwide, EUR 10 Bio of assets, +19% vs. N-1):Key achievements: Renewal of the 1st program of the group (CAC listed company) for 2+1 years (annual turnover EUR 6 Bio, NBI EUR 7 Mio, 17 entities over 5 countries) ;Restructuring factoring program into securitization program.Prospecting, commercial meetings, client advising, responding to tenders (RFP);Profitability monitoring (PNB/Turnover; ROE; PNB/RWA);Structuring non recourse European programs (IFRS / US GAAP standards) with auditors;Developing a network of business referral partners outside (brokers) and inside the Group (Coverage, other entities) ;Financial and risk analysis in the context of annual reviews;Presentation in commitment committee (in front of CAL&F Board);Defining and implementing operational policies with middle-office teams.

Audit assignments of business lines and processes based on IFACI standards and a risk approach:Market: Repo desk (P&L analysis, collateral management, funding, failed trades) in New York; CVA desk in London;Credit: credit portfolio review of CFM INDOSUEZ WEALTH MANAGEMENT (Monaco private banking entity);Operational: back-office Securities (bonds and EMTN primary issuances); outsourcing strategy and a sample of providers in India; governance of regulatory reporting on capital market operations (EMIR, MiFID, DFA, etc.) in EU, Hong-Kong and Singapore (nexus);

Structured financing and FX Products: client appointments and negotiations; verification of legal information, writing and editing contracts, direct contact with clients and lenders;FX structured products: reporting to clients, front-office and lenders;Reporting: following up FX products (fixing, accumulation, drawing, maturities calculation, etc.), and FO desks’ P&L;Project management (centralisation of regional sales middle office teams to head office): IT development (VBA) of operational processes (automation of legal documentation writing, reporting), operational acceptance testing;
