• Managing and leading a team of 150+ people (130 employees working on 59 markets and 25 employees working in Warsaw)• Assessing and enhancing performance of 51 Foreign Trade Offices’ (strategy, employment, budget, business activity)• Drawing up and managing department’s budget (operational and promotional)• Formulating and executing annual promotional plans (600 + events)• Planning and organizing b2b meetings, business missions, information and promotional events, • Bringing the Agency to Trade Promotion Europe Organization• Liaising with central and local governments, ministries, embassies, export and investment promotion agencies, businesses across all sectors, commercial and investments banks, investment funds, ECAs, start - up accelerators to find exports opportunities for Polish companies on international markets, • Building long – lasting business relations with the above mentioned stakeholders• Designing and developing department’s strategy, improving business and operational efficiency, setting, monitoring and reviewing KPIs, reporting business activities (internally and externally), coordinating operational activities with other departments • Drafting newspapers’ articles and notes on international trade policy, market entry strategies, challenges related to internationalization etc., • Giving interviews in the media (television, newspapers, online news platforms) on exports – and trade – related topics• Representing PAIH at domestic and international fora, panel discussions, industry gatherings and government commissions, • Preparing and executing webinars and presentations on trade – related topics (e.g. utilization of Free Trade Agreements),• Employee management tasks (acquiring talents, performance management, supporting two – way communication, recognizing achievements)

• Managing and implementing Free Trade Agreement processes for world’s largest automotive, energy, healthcare, electronics and pharmaceutical companies• Developing, implementing and enforcing solutions and plans in order to optimize processes in the area of responsibility • Coordinating operational activities with Purchasing, Logistics and Sales to optimize resources and savings• Liaising with clients, suppliers and brokers• Identifying, capturing, collecting and monitoring KPIs of the department, improving operational efficiency• Developing and providing trade compliance and government regulations trainings to peers, colleagues, stakeholders and the businesses, as necessary• Subject matter expertise on APAC, LATAM, US and EU Free Trade Agreements (FTA) and other EU preferential trade programs• Identifying FTA opportunities and preparing duty savings analyses, analysing cross-border documentation• Applying customs special programs designed for customers’ business needs• Working closely and responding to questions from businesses regarding FTAs • Responsible for people and performance management including recruiting, development and direct reports engagement

• Drafting and writing reports/summaries on Polish economy and political landscape• Following political and economic developments; keeping abreast of relevant political issues and decisions• Monitoring and evaluating impact of international organizations policies on Poland’s political and economic life• Collecting information, carrying out political and economic research, conducting press reviews (Polish and international)• Participating in conferences and meetings on energy, political and economic issues• Organizing Ambassador’s official visits, setting up meetings with politicians, entrepreneurs, NGOs and other stakeholders
