- Oversaw basketball operations within the club, including signing free agents, foreign imports, and junior team players, trading and drafting players, and negotiating player contracts- Researched and built data systems and analysis engines to run statistical models to analyze player and team performance- Led the video team to capture, splice, and create training and scouting packages, as well as capture raw data for analytics- Team improved from 16th in the league to 6th with the standard allowed two imports during my tenure
