CurrentTraining/onboarding specialist working one-on-one with incoming behavioral therapists throughout the training process. Knowledge of medical and HR clearance and procedures. Knowledge of training procedures, training scheduling, rescheduling, and training support. Understanding and knowledge of payroll and billing. Knowledge of the RBT certification process, clearance, and provide assistance. Responsible for retention rates across multiple regions and offices. Responsible for multiple pilots and proof of concept for different training procedures.
