- Provide Legal Financial Advice to private Client's- Procuring Legal and Contractual Solutions for Companie's Employees - Develop and implement consistent systems and processes in the Region, conecting Public Institutions and Governmental Authorities- Study and Analyse the legal systems in the Middle East relating to ISDM Consultancy

- Advise on and pursue local applicable projects opportunities guiding Private Investors and/or linking Public Insitutions of Investment with the Group- Advise and Manage the Client interface and any consortium / consultant project interaction

- Built and develop the International Client Database working with C&B Mamagers around the world in the software-format, agreed by the business- Provide advise and teaching strategies to Senior Management on a legal and contractual aspects, in relation to the projects - Responsable for Middle East and North Africa business development co-ordination, administartion and operational aspects with other C&B personnel/officesPrepare business development plans to be agreed with the MD nd Board of Director Menbers- To work closely with the Rgional Marketing Manager and the Operations Director for Europe, Middle East and Asia- Advise Senior Management of any potential legal risks of working in other Countries where C&B wasen't involved yet
