Web Designer
Current• Manage a portfolio of 10-20 clients simultaneously, working directly with them from the beginning to the end of the project to design or redesign their club’s site.• Build page layouts with intuitive content using HTML/CSS/JS/jQuery/Bootstrap and Kentico CMS (Content Management System).• Host online meetings directly with clients via Online Conference tools (i.e. WebEx, GoToMeeting, Zoom) to help with the site design/redesign project process.• Design fully interactive site mockups while adhering to client’s brand guidelines.• Report bugs and suggest enhancements for CMS or modules to the development team via Jira, including code samples when applicable via Slite.• Work closely with B2B clients to build sitemaps with intuitive user navigation.• Track project progress and all client communications via Salesforce.• Demonstrate strong project management skills by collectively communicating with the client, implementation, and developer team to ensure the project is completed.• Provide clients with support and detailed documentation on how to maintain their site after handoff.
