I used to work as a Support Worker and as such I assisted people who suffer from dementia, support them in their everyday tasks and promote their independence. I have changed my position to one of Administrator at the same Care Home. My duties are varied and include: Human resources tasks, Accounting, Security, Secretarial work, Coaching of staff, arrange training, In charge of maintenance, liaison with outside agencies and resident's families.

I was in charge of the Watermill Hotel in Berkhamsted; my main duties were to work within budget constraints; business and staff development, sales and marketing and the general running of the hotel. The business was sold in 2005.
