- Assist the project manager on all phases of the project - Procurement follow up on site purchase requests- Preparation of change order requests- Identify engineering problems and ensure solutions are implemented- Keep an eye on all relevant safety requirements- Liaise with Vendors to ensure all equipment is fit for purpose - Manages the interface and communication processes between parties on all project activities- Reviews work schedules, identifies opportunities to improve performance, reduce costs, maximise use of resources - Ensure alignment between the engineering disciplines on scope and contractual requirements- Provide inputs to the planner in project scheduling- Monitors weekly productivity figures and takes corrective action if necessary

- Preparation of Spare Parts Procedure on the identification and procurement of Capital Spare Parts and Two Years Operation Spare Parts- KoM with Vendors on the presentation of SPIR form- Preparation and check of Spare Parts Interchangeability Records- Issuance and updating of Spare Parts Status Report- Interface with SABIC client on comments and approval of SPIRs form- Interface with Vendors for review of SPIRs and implementation of comments- Optimisation of client's warehouse stock with PEMTO software- Request of purchase issuance through SAP- Interface with the Project Material Manager about the follow up of spare parts material status- Interface with contract administrator on the issuance of Change Order versus the client for the reimbursement of Spare Parts material, inspection and shipping costs- Follow-up of key Vendors documents- Preparation of Mechanical Catalogue Procedure needed to the handover of Project’s documentation

- Planning, manage and monitoring stress and supports activities.- Flexibility Analysis of critical pipelines connected to Heat exchangers, Reactors, Pumps, Compressors, Pipe rack lines, Furnaces, Air Coolers, Flare lines, KO drums, Nozzle & Flange leakage using CAESAR-II 5.10. - Checking allowable loads on Nozzle according to API 560 for Fired Heaters, to API 617 for Axial and Centrifugal Compressors, to API 610 for Centrifugal Pumps, to API 661 for Air-CooledHeat Exchanger, to STD.CR.GEN.7058 for Vessel, to Nema Sm-13 for Turbine.- Evaluate influence of the various load cases such as Wind, Seismic, PSV reaction load and Displacement - Carrying out all calculation related to stress analysis of the system such as nozzle displacement of various equipments, branch reinforcement calculation, PSV Reaction force calculation, flange leakage test for high pressure lines. - Changing the routing of Piping as per the stress analysis requirements.- Selection of standard supports as per stress requirements.

- Design and Modeling pipelines using Microstation and PDS (Plant Design System). - Introduction to stress analysis by drawing up preliminary stress calculations of critical pipelines connected to Pumps, Heat exchangers and loop sizing for pipe rack lines usingCAESAR-II 4.50. - Preparation of piping stress calculation report & stress isometrics.
