The project aims to create a a process of “social innovation” encouraging a new model of citizenship. “Promote an Idea for your Country” will honor the 10 best ideas interpreting the concept of “N.E.O.S.”, an acronym crossing the new geo-political-economic relations among North, East, West, South of the world and a remembrance of the ancient Hellenic culture, a “neos eos”, a new rising for our times.The goal is to enhance the performance and international attractiveness of Italy’s higher education institutions raising the overall quality of our education model, combining both excellence and equity, by promoting knowledge mobility and spillover.
