Directly responsible for coordinating a pool of more than 7 resources involved in multiple projects. Main projects pertain the following areas: (i) analysis of processes and identification of areas for improvement; (ii) organizational analysis and redesign (sizing of Unit and definition of roles and responsibilities); (iii) analysis of costs of different organizational units, identification of areas for improvement in the cost structure and quantification of possible savings deriving from specific initiatives.

Directly responsible for projects in the area of Enterprise Risk Management for major clients operating in the Aviation and Telco industry. Key responsibilities include the identification of potential risks, the definition of methodologies to assess them and the the performing of sensitivities analysis on the Key financial data to understand the economic impact of key risks.Directly involved in projects in the area of Anti - Fraud. Key responsibilities include the definition of Key Risk Indicators to detect and prevent frauds as well as the analysis of large data sets to detect anomalies that need further investigations.

Market analysis, development of methodologies to identify and quantify risks, coaching and management of junior team members.

Enterprise Risk Management projects for major clients operating in multiple industries.Gap Analysis of the Programme Delivery Risk Management Framework and definition of recommendations according to best practices and benchmarks to achieve a target maturity level for a UN agency. Business Process Reengineering and Risk Assessment for a major client operating in the TELCO sector.Definition of Strategic Goals, KPI and KRIs for a client operating in the railway sector. Definition of a methodology for the sampling optimization of healthcare companies to be inspected for a government agency.

1st Rotation : Trade Credit & Surety Department. - Analysis of clients’ surety needs and definition of strategies to obtain bonding capacity from surety companies.- Analysis of clients' financial standing.- Evaluation of Project Finance contracts.2nd Rotation : Public Entities

Legislative monitoring at EU level. - Analysis of monetary and economic issues. Focus on EFSI (European Fund For Strategic Investments) and CMU (Capital Markets Union).- Report writing, lobbying and support to the Communication staff.
