I was involved in the management of the Paediatric and Maternal Health Clinic (Co-Financed by EU), serving a population of 300,000 people in a IDPs camp in Mayo . As Logistician I organized the logistics containers and shipments for medical and no medical goods. I was the responsible for the security and I managed staff (19 local staff and 2 internationals) and Vehicle of the ngo. AS Project Manager I organized new outreach activities in the camp and meeting with local communities. At the end of my mission I was involved in the Budgetary Planning for 2013.

Kathmandu

I supported the Project Manager in the day by day running activities of the NGO. I assisted him in the planning of a Surgical Hospital and I managed and led the work of the team dedicated to the project. AS logistician I managed 5 medical camp in 5 different districts of Nepal. I also helped to manage the relations with international Donors (UNFPA, USAID) and Public Institutions (Ministry of Health)
