In 2021, I founded Miralis, a company specialized in consulting for business process reengineering and PLM implementation.Effectively, I am the coordinator, supervisor and responsible for all the projects in which the company is involved, from the initial plan, through the implementation of the project and users' training, to the post-go-live support.

I dealt with the coordination and managed Cadland’s technical divisions:• Dassault System 3DEXPERIENCE • Dassault System CPE • Dassault System CRE • Virtual Contents/CGI Division• Helpdesk Taking care of organizational, operational, managerial and relational aspects with the other company divisions, BoD and suppliers.

I supported the company in the re-engineering of processes and operative procedures; I also coordinated the migration to new business tools, IT infrastructure updates and the implementation of a cyber security plan. I supervised the development and monitored the success of projects such as:• Customer support system integration (integrated ticketing)• Definition of new operational procedures (technical and commercial)• Migration to new business tools (Office 365, Suite Zoho)• IT infrastructure updates (cloud ed hybrid-cloud)• Implementation of a cyber security plan aimed at achieving ISO 27000 certification.

I was responsible for the coordination of Eka team on all client projects, managing organizational, managerial and operational aspects to ensure projects and programs were delivered on time, within scope and budget, enabling resources to work with high efficiency.I coordinated multidisciplinary teams made up of engineers, developers, marketing experts and other professionals to successfully execute projects ranging from PLM-CAD-CAM-CAE system integration to CGI content creation for virtual rooms and business applications (VR-AR-MR), always supporting the industrialization of various client products.

I coordinated Eka technical team on various client projects, ranging from integrating new CAD systems in the company to creating CGI content for virtual rooms and business applications, as well as providing support for the industrialization of various customer products.

I was involved in the design of mechanical components, creating maintenance manuals for mechanical equipment, providing support for industrialization and visualization of projects (often design-related) for clients.

During my internship, I dealt with the design of mechanical components but also the creation of maintenance manuals for mechanical equipment using Catia V5 and Catia/Solidworks Composer software.
