As the Lead of a Product Development team comprising two specialists of footwear, I managed the full lifecycle of product development, from initial design concepts to final production. My responsibilities included support design, providing feedback, and working with factories and mold manufacturers to translate 2D drawings into finished products.• Research & DevelopmentSupported designers creating the collection by leading all technical aspects and tech packs. Coordinated campaigns with the merchandise and design team, by being responsible for prototype, sales samples, confirmation samples and pre-production. Coordinator for chemical and mechanical performance. Collaborated closely with designers, who provided sketches based on input from merchandising teams, and evaluated the feasibility of designs (including shoe last, soles, materials, construction).• Project LeadProject leader for 3D footwear design. Coordinated all the milestones and technical steps to transform a sketch by ICad 3D+. I was the point of reference for training and provided technical support throughout the development process. Project leader digitizing feedback for wear and fit tests.

Focused on product integrity and process improvement, including:• Coordinated the launch of tec packs for prototypes and samples to vendors• Ensuring products compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry certifications• Assessed the quality and suitability of raw materials and components used in the production process• Conducted durability testing to evaluate the performance and safety of footwear under different conditions• Simplified the flux of information for vendors and manufacturers, by reducing the production time and enhancing the feedback process • Coordinated production with external agents and factories in India, Europe, Fareast and Mexico.
