About Luigi Vanore
Mi sono laureato in ingegneria meccanica nel 2004, ho svolto così la professione di ingegnere per circa 10 anni, principalmente nella nautica da diporto, progettando e costruendo importanti yacht a motore e a vela in Europa e non solo (Argentina e Sud Africa). Nel 2008 con un team di progettisti italiano abbiamo vinto il premio “Barca dell'Anno” al Salone Internazionale di Genova con il Cantiere Navale Atlantis del gruppo Azimut. Intanto arriva la crisi economica mondiale, le banche non erogano più leasing (principale modalità di acquisto di uno yacht tra i 20 ed i 30 mt) per cui crolla la nautica e concludo un importante lavoro di ristrutturazione di un catamarano di 30 mt. in Sardegna che mi permette di terminare nel 2011 la mia esperienza da progettista. Nel frattempo nel 2009 mi iscrivo ad un Executive Master in Project Management con cui apprendo le tecniche di base e i fondamenti della disciplina. Nel 2010 mi certifico in Project Management con l'Istituto Italiano di Project Management (www.isipm.org). Dal 2011 al 2014 abbandono completamente la professione di ingegnere e intraprendo la carriera come Project Manager per un paio di multinazionali (Saint-Gobain e Novartis) mettendo in pratica tutto quanto avessi appreso nel master e maturando esperienza sul campo.Arrivo così a gestire grandi clienti del mondo ferroviario e farmaceutico, operando all'interno di importanti multinazionali e gestendo un vasto team multiculturale ed internazionale.Nel 2014 mi certifico PMP con il PMI (www.pmi.org) ed intraprendo una strada imprenditoriale, fondando una società di consulenza in Project Management (www.a4pm.eu), questo in virtù della mia passione per la disciplina e il talento nella gestione dei progetti complessi.A4PM è una società di consulenza e formazione in Project Management e con essa aiutiamo le aziende a pianificare, eseguire, controllare e condurre a termine progetti complessi, permettiamo alle aziende di diffondere e consolidare la cultura di project management nelle proprie organizzazioni e tra i loro dipendenti, inoltre forniamo anche ai privati gli strumenti per diventare dei professionisti del project management.Nel 2015 mi certifico ISIPM-AV, diventando così anche trainer ufficiale ISIPM-Base e Av.Nel 2017 supero l'esame di certificazione Prince2 con Axelos e opero nella gestione di progetti internazionali per grandi compagnie di navigazione in Inghilterra e Norvegia.
