Reporting directly to the Vodafone Italy CFO, lead the end-to-end BI process covering: MI demand management, information governance, data definitions, design, production & delivery of reports to management. Steer the BI transformation project, design BI requirements and validate the IT architecture and IT developments.

Steered the analysis, Planning & Control department dedicated to the Commercial Operations.Main responsibilities:• Ensure the execution of budgeting and planning processes and the alignment of financial plans with company targets.• Monitor ongoing business performance, analyse variances and propose specific business actions where required.• Support Customer Operations Department in the definition of operational strategies, in risk management and in the resource allocation optimization, providing investments analysis and evaluations of operational plans.• Define the Long Range Plan for the Customer Operations Department, highlight efficiency areas on costs and working capital initiatives and finalize new business development evaluations.• Steer the Capital Allocation Review Committee process in order to define product development budget sizing and to allocate Divisions’ portfolios according to their needs and to the Company’ s financial plans.

Main responsibilities:• Ensure the execution of the budgeting and planning processes and the alignment of financial plans with company targets.• Monitor ongoing business performance, analyse variances and propose specific business actions where required.• Manage and coordinate the Intercompany charging processes and the Intercompany contracts definition with TeleTu, Vodafone Group and the other operating companies.• Manage relationships with the minority shareholders, providing support for both forecast/actual performance analysis and for financial evaluations of new initiatives.

Main responsibilities:• Support Consumer Division in evaluating financial impacts and scenarios of new initiatives and launch of new products and services.• Manage the Long Range Plan process in collaboration with the strategy departments and the other Planning & Control teams.• Assess the economic/financial impact related to M& Activities.

Main responsibilities:• Ensure the execution of the Technology budgeting and planning processes and the alignment of financial plans with company targets.• Support the Technology Department in defining and validating the technology costs/investments needed to deliver the commercial plans. • Define the Long Range Plan for the technology department evaluating in particular the adoption of new telecom technologies and new way to run the business in effective and efficient manner.
