Responsible for a team of 96 people and a budget of about 10 M€. The main activities of the Department, operating H24/7, are:• Incoming Inspection and Goods Receiving• Storage of Parts, expiration and storage condition check• Parts Delivery to E&M internal customer (priority management and Service Level monitoring)• Repair Orders and outgoing shipment issuing (internal shop, subcontract, pool)• Control of subcontracted fleet forwarding and courier services (e.g. engines transport)• Customs relations (import, export, dual-use, duties, oil & alcohol taxes)

Responsible for a team of 60 people, reporting to Head of Base Maintenance.The main activities of the office, operating H24/7, are:- non destructive testing on airframe, engines and components (all methods)- endoscopic Inspections and Boreblending- structural Repairs, including sheet metal works, welding and machine tooling- support to base and line maintenance operations- engine build-up and minor repairs

Responsible for a team of 25 people. Reporting to Senior Manager MCC. The main activities of the office are:- Scheduling of all the line and base maintenance activities- Tail assignment for more than 150 aircrafts keeping into account operational limitations in order to achieve cost reduction and technical punctuality.- Alitalia MRO coordination and follow-up of all the activities carried out by third parties.- Fine tuning of the workload on all the stations and follow-up of the works performed, with a focus on preventive maintenance and deferred items

Coordinating line maintenance activities H24/7 on the fleet.Maintenance focal point in the Operation Control Centre.Follow-up of the critical maintenance activities and definition of the correct priorities.Technical support to line maintenance engineers and in-flight support to flight crews, in cooperation with Trouble Shooting Department.Implementation of all the recovery actions needed in case of operational disruption or AOG situations.
