I am a passionate software engineer with 5+ years of experience in research, teaching, and project management.I worked and contributed to 3 major research projects supported by a total of $694,469 in funding by the National Science Foundation and IBM Research. I wrote and presented 5 research works to 50+ scholars and industry professionals, including 2 top conference research papers and a 2nd prize poster at the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences poster competition at University at Buffalo.I also served as a project manager and mentored 20+ students in 3 different engineering projects sponsored by M&T Bank, Curbell Medical, and Fairy Bunch LLC. Thanks to the projects success, M&T Bank was nominated for the Project Management Institute - Buffalo Chapter “Project of the Year” award, while Fairy Bunch LLC was able to start an Indiegogo campaign and raise $17,813 for the launch of its new product.Moreover, I have 3 years of teaching experience as an instructor and teaching assistant in several computer science classes, including Operating Systems, Programming Languages, and Data Intensive Computing. As an instructor, I have been responsible for preparing the materials for 3 different computer science classes and teaching 60+ undergraduate students for a total of 150+ hours of lectures. As a teaching assistant, I mentored 1000+ students and graded 20+ projects across 6 different classes.
