• Administers the following Global IT services (Global Exchange Service, Office365, Email security, Two-factor authentication service, Global DNS Infrastructure, VM Environment and Datacenter)• Monitors any detectable occurrence that has possible service impact to the IT Exchange, Mail and Active Directory infrastructure to prevent incidents before it can happen using monitoring and notification tools such as PRTG, OpsGenie.• Delivers support to all P0 and P1 incidents as quickly as possible with the least possible impact to users and business.• Secures managed system by ensuring servers are installed with the latest patch by using server patching tools such as Shavlik.• Creates and develops work instructions and standard operating procedures to be used as reference in standard tasks.• Automates manual procedures by creating PowerShell scripts.• Performs Disaster Recovery for Exchange service.• Performs activities relating to technical and technological expertise such as daily routine tasks, installations, configurations coordinated with other specialized engineers in Corporate IT.
