Luigi Lessa serves on The Klein Group at Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office, representing private and institutional clients in the acquisition and disposition of industrial & office properties throughout Southern New Hampshire and Northeastern Massachusetts. He focuses on advising on valuation, strategic planning, and structure of the transaction enabling him to provide solutions that align with clients’ real estate needs.In 2019, Mr. Lessa joined The Klein Group, led by Harrison Klein, with the long-term vision of adding value to clients by hyper-specializing in a historically unspecialized product type. Currently, the group spans seven total members covering the New England Market. The Klein Group ranks as one of the top-performing industrial groups within New England. Since 2020, he has closed over 1,000,000 square feet of industrial & office assets, totaling over $80MM in dollar volume.Mr. Lessa began his career at Marcus & Millichap through its SIP Program, which is offered to less than 5% of new agents. Mr. Lessa attended Boston University and graduated with a dual degree in Business Administration & Philosophy. During his time at Boston University, Mr. Lessa was a member of the Real Estate Club which allowed him to network with industry leaders early in his career.
