As a Creative Lead, I'm in charge of setting creative directions for the accounts and campaigns assigned to me. I work closely with account managers and the traffic manager to assess and translate client briefs, and with creatives to determine the best approach in crafting deliverables. As a Senior Copywriter and Head of the Copy Department, I engage the copywriters in enrichment department activities on top of working with them on a daily basis for the accounts they're assigned. I also represent the department in the Leadership Core, bringing up any work issues and discussing potential solutions with the rest of the Core.

The Traffic Manager is the operational glue of the agency. From discussing timelines and deliverables with accounts to assigning work to the creatives, I was involved in every step of putting together a campaign for clients.

The Editorial Assistant is in charge of turning manuscripts to books. The main responsibility of the Editorial Assistant is to coordinate between the book's author and the chosen third-party partners such as proofreaders, editors, cover artists, etc. The Editorial Assistant also takes on proofreading and editing jobs should the need arise.
