• I was responsible for marketing in the "Medical" Division, leading a marketing and clinical support team of 7 people in the various countries, setting individual objectives and goals.• Worked with the Unit Director and the Sales Manager defining the P&L and accountable for the countries marketing plans, the related budget and also responsible for Customer clinical support.• My team and I developed proposal that translate individual products into value based solution for Customers to prevent patient’s infections and increase healthcare worker safety, including health economic evaluations.• Managed the product portfolio including quarterly input sales forecasts, the of new product’s launches, the competition and market analysis.• Personally created and managed the marketing and sales partnership with the Italian Distributor dedicated to the retail distribution on a national scale, including the creation of a dedicated packaging for pharmacy.• Reporting to the European Director marketing, had an extended responsibility to Spain/Portugal, analyzed the commercial opportunities of the various countries, assessing progression in line with the strategies and evaluating mitigation plans.
