Within Atlas Copco and ABB group as Lean and Operational Excellence Manager, with our teams, we achieved very important goals in terms of competitiveness: Cost effectiveness through waste reduction , speed, delivery performance improvement and processes and products quality improvement. I also employed my international experience in the Lean Consulting working with customers in many different sectors (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Fashion, e-commerce, Pharmaceutical and glass) They say I infuse my enthusiasm and passion to the people.
