As Operations Director, my main responsibilities are to increase the quality and efficiency of the company's services in order to keep current customers satisfied and push innovation to have new ones. This was possible through leadership, professional and human growth of the team, strategic planning, implementation of new processes and communication skills between the different areas. In 2019 I managed to improve the quality of the company's services with a 60% reference to the previous year, launching 4 new services and improving the already existing ones.

In 2018 as Web Manager Development my main responsibilities were the management of the web area and the team. During this year I was able to implement new processes, systems and tools that helped the communication between the different areas that are wrapped in the services of the web area, succeeding in increasing the efficiency and quality of the services that were reflected in a growth in the sales of the area by 300% compared to the previous year.

In SpicyMinds from July 2016 to December 2017 my main responsibilities were to program web pages mainly in Wordpress and the automation of some digital systems within the company. During this time I improved my skills as a web programmer and learned how to work as a team with colleagues from different countries and nationalities. Another key responsibility was to define the annual strategic planning of the web area for 2018.

For about 4 years I worked as a freelance creating web pages for mainly Italian customers using mainly Wordpress and HTML5.

For about 6 months I worked as a B2C seller in different stores. In this short period I learned to manage different types of communication and customer approach in order to make a successful sale. At the same time I had the chance to manage a sales point, learning the basics of managing a store, cash, personnel and how to work in a structured business.
