As Senior VP of Workplace Management, I oversee operations across the Americas, including real estate, projects, business continuity, security, and travel for our New York, San Francisco, and Sao Paulo locations. I lead a team of 11, focusing on performance and optimal workplace solutions. My responsibilities include managing RFP processes, employee evaluations, and contract awards for consultants and contractors. I enhance budgeting procedures to meet financial targets and manage guest services, including conference room schedules and pantry services. I also facilitate monthly meetings with administrative staff to review activities and identify areas for improvement.

I served as facilities director for a 180K-square-foot commercial space, along with a 35K-square-foot New York satellite office. I supervised a team of 12, including an assistant facilities manager, facilities and operations manager, budget manager, supervisor, 3 facilities associates, and 4 building engineers. Overseeing a complex annual operating budget, I consistently ensured building’s adherence to local and state regulations governing New York and enhanced operational practices to meet Local Law 97 requirements. I established Master Service Agreements to achieve cost efficiencies and streamlined services across the company and its subsidiaries. Additionally, I managed capital improvement projects for the corporate headquarters, negotiating and monitoring expenditures to achieve over a million dollars in cost savings.

In this role, I provided cross-functional leadership to real estate, facilities, corporate travel, physical security, and sustainability services. I successfully developed immediate and long-term real estate strategies and ensured corporate financial and strategic goals were achieved to align with corporate headquarters and global office objectives.I implemented an innovative work order system, certificate of insurance process, and maintenance initiative to drive efficiency organization-wide and pioneered the adoption of the employee emergency communication system. Additionally, I introduced advanced conference room and space management systems, significantly improving service quality and user experience.

As Director of Office Services and Facilities, I built the facilities department from the ground up, overseeing daily operations at corporate headquarters and satellite locations. I directly supervised a team of four, including an office administrator, HR manager, receptionist, and intern.I managed real estate and office services for Major League Soccer, focusing on strategies to enhance operations. This included implementing an employee emergency communication system to improve notification procedures. Additionally, I led the construction of a state-of-the-art film studio for MLS Digital and Kick TV and managed the renovation of 22,000 square feet of corporate space.
