• Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the hospital and part of the senior administrative leadership team, lead operational excellence and infrastructure initiatives that enable patient access, quality of care and patience experience improvements• Collaborate effectively with fellow hospital leadership team members (CEO, Chief Medical Officer, Chief Nursing Executive, Director of Quality, Director of Finance and Director of Human Resource) to pursue new growth opportunities (Specialty and Outpatient Services) and operational excellence improvements (Length of Stay, Patient Satisfaction and Quality Dashboard) • Additionally, engage with a wide range of physicians, senior system leaders throughout the Sutter Healthcare system network to cultivate and lead planning, and growth initiatives which lead to enhanced patient access and operational performance• Provide guidance and collaborate closely with senior leaders across various service lines to meet strategic and operational analytics and reporting needs. Identified key gaps and improvement opportunities, conduct gap analysis, and implement related countermeasures• Drive and facilitate operational excellence initiatives in the areas of improving discharge planning, emergency department length of stay, physician billing and payment streamlining/automatization, continuity of care and interventional psychiatry process flows• Co-facilitate and co-lead with the CEO, the annual administration team strategy off-site that identifies and prioritizes key breakthrough patient access initiatives as well as drive, throughout the year, the strategic deployment roadmap for execution and results attainment• Overall responsibility owner for hospital capital infrastructure projects (building upgrades, expansion projects, hospital physical appearance improvements and technology upgrades)
