- Created a website enabling users to input their zip code and receive a comprehensive list and map of nearby Chase branches, along with real time estimated wait times for walk-ins.- Developed a neural net for predicting wait times using TensorFlow. Utilized real time data for predictions resulting in a 4 minute accuracy range.- Constructed full stack app using React, Typescript, CSS, Java & Spring Boot.- Built Python backend to preprocess historical data. Tuned, trained, and stored unique models for each branch.- Attained 95% code coverage employing testing frameworks such as Jest, React testing library, JUnit, and Mockito.

Provide timely and effective technical computer support to the Museum’s employees. Assist users with hardware, software, and other computer related issues as assigned. Perform troubleshooting remotely or in person and devise solutions for the problem. Assist in the upkeep of the Museum’s computer and software inventory, deploying new devices and new software packages. Contribute to the development of an in-house technology knowledge base.

As a Youth Monitor I was responsible for ensuring the continuous safety and weekly payment for Youth Workers (as part of NYCs Summer Youth Employment Program) across a dozen different sites. My responsibilities included weekly meetings with managers from different organizations, constant interaction with youth, meeting payroll deadlines & collecting and entering data into a city maintained site. Along with my team we were responsible for over 1,000 youth workers this past summer at sites spanning Manhattan and the Bronx.
