Review Quality components and drawings for completeness and correctness, and resolve any deficiencies with Work Face Planning or Client.-Perform inspections, quality surveillances and ensure activities are completed as per the Inspection and Test Plan and inter-discipline release sequence.-Perform receiving inspection report as required as for design-Prepare inspection and Test Records for activities completed and check ITR’s completed by intermediate & Junior Inspectors.-Ensure all test equipment are calibrate at the time of use, both internal and subcontractors.-Inspection of electrical assemblies, such as motors, junction boxes, cable tray run, conduit, Motor Control Center building units, transformers, heat tracing.-Perform surveillance inspection in process installations to ensure adherence to NEC & NOM-001-SEDE-2012(Cable tray installations, cable terminations, power distribution switchgear, transformers, motor control centers, Variable Frequency Drive, Programmable Logic Controllers, electrical heat trace installations and other equipment specifications through construction; commissioning and star-ups.

Review subcontractor procedures and personal qualification.-Verify dimensions and certifications for all materials.-Supervise field testing for soil compaction, concrete testing and review acceptance requirements.-Monitor all aspect of Quality Control relative to civil/structural work during site preparation to ensure adherence to the company technical requirements and local applicable codes.-Monitor Field sites to asses/monitor performance of QC third party testing agencies.-Monitor pre-pour inspections of formworks, rebar, concrete, grout and embeds.Oversee Earthwork compaction inspection, testing and monitoring, sieve analysis, maximum dry density (Proctor), nuclear densometer handling.-Inspection of instrumentation equipment including pressure instruments, flow instruments, flow instruments and control instruments.-Monitor pre commissioning of instrumentation equipment.-Coordinate lessons learned process and drive proposed changes that will enhance the project’s success.-Attend and contribute information during team meeting with regards to current/outstanding issues and weekly progress.-Attend & witnesses Factory Accept Test according with LAPEM or Third party.-Perform internal audits.-Complete safety related documentations such as Behavior Based Observation, Task Hazard Assessment and Permit to work high Risk Activities.-Perform monthly reports KPI’s (Environmental, Safety and Quality)

-Perform scope of work, execution plan and operational testing procedures for electrical and communication system, ensuring design and installations standards aligned with customer requirement.-Responsible for all aspect procurement of electrical material & equipment.-Received and reviewed submittal data from supplier’s manufacturers to ensure complete compliance with contract documents.-Monitored fabrication process to ensure timely delivery in order to meet established ship dates.-Coordinate equipment electrical test (physical-chemical oil analysis, chromatographic, isolated test, etc.)-Coordinate UVIE inspections (NOM-001-SEDE-2012), Firefighting System certification according with NFPA & FM Global requirements.-Process permit related Environmental License (MIA), Construction License (DRO), Pressure vessel (NOM-020-STPS), Waste disposal Hazardous-Non Hazardous, Use land permit.-Coordinate atmosphere emissions, environmental & labor noise, lighting surveys.-Registration of the Join Safety and Hygiene Commission, Civil Protection Approval.-Coordinate Hydro test Gas Pipeline according with local requirement.-Follow up fully compliance related Environmental Resolution (MIA).-Coordinate performance test pumps, start-up emergency power generator.

Implementation and monitoring the effectiveness of the site related rules defined in Alstom Project EHS Plan, revise as necessary as agreement with the Project EHS Manager and take appropriate actions in the event of Non-compliance.Provide relevant information to the site management in related to any arising situation.Define and implement an EHS Contractor audit program to monitor compliance with all relevant statutory, regulatory, contractual and company requirement.Monitor the implementation of the Commissioning Safety Rules.Actively communicate on the EHS road map requirements and ensure site compliance with associated EHS Requirements.Prepare, implement and maintain emergency plans, security programs and site access control procedures.Agreed with EHS Manager the EHS trainings for site personnel, set up and administrate.Advise site personnel on all aspects of EHS applicable to site activities.Provide EHS toolbox talk to the personnel whenever required (communication on specific EHS issues, EHS awareness campaign, Safety Alerts, etc.)Ensure EHS is fully integrated in the coordination of site activities.Ensure the Construction L.O.T.O. is fully implemented.Ensure the Construction Permit to Work process is fully implemented.Ensure full implementation of the risk assessment/method statement review process.Report immediately any event could has an outcome for Lost Time Accident. Perform the 8D investigation process and record it. Report to EHS Geothermal Manager according 8D Methodology.Report weekly all the near misses the effectiveness to close it and prevention actions the trend to Lost Time Events on site.Ensure that all accidents/incidents/near misses/first aids are recorded, investigated and analyzed to prevent recurrence.Prepare and submit a weekly/monthly EHS reports to appropriate personnel.Ensure the implementation of the monthly EHS committee.Ensure full implementation of the incentive and disciplinary procedures at site.

Supervise the compliance in terms of EHS Policies and procedures, plans.Validate all Permit to Works prior to perform high risk activities.Perform General Plan Inspection with site Manager. Induction and training for new staff.Detection, correction of unsafety acts and conditions.Design procedures and formats for the identification, evaluation and risk control.Perform Training on works at heights, hot work, handling electricity, L.O.T.O. System to employees.Perform monthly reports of safety indicators.Review and validated of electricals tools, welding machines, cranes and PPE (Personel Protective Equipment).Integration and training of emergency crews.Ensure fully complain Legal Environmental.Apply the Policy Zero Tolerance.
